Our Founders
Luca Dahlhausen
With a strong background in technology and finance, Luca has spent his career in real estate tech and mortgage lending. Prior to Realfinity, he served as part of the executive team at LendUS, and he holds a degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
Kipper Bush
Kipper is a fintech and mortgage expert with over a decade of experience in technology and leadership, specializing in simplifying and automating real estate lending. He has implemented innovative solutions for industry leaders such as Encompass, Opendoor, and PNMAC, setting new benchmarks in mortgage automation and real estate transactions.
Rob Hirt
Rob brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including founding RPM Mortgage, which became one of the top private retail lenders in the U.S. He has also co-founded Data Fax Credit Reporting, served as Vice Chairman of Darien Rowayton Bank, and held leadership roles at LendUS and Bear Stearns.
