With a strong background in technology and finance, Luca has spent his career in real estate tech and mortgage lending. Prior to Realfinity, he served as part of the executive team at LendUS, and he holds a degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
Kipper Bush
Kipper is a seasoned expert in the fintech and mortgage sector; driven by a mission to simplify mortgages, creating a more cost-efficient way to initiate real estate lending. With over a decade of experience spanning various roles in technology and leadership, he possesses deep knowledge of all technical functions in lending technology. Kipper has been instrumental in implementing cutting-edge solutions for industry leaders like Encompass, Opendoor, and PNMAC. His innovative thinking transformed complex concepts into tangible solutions that redefine industry standards, setting new benchmarks in mortgage automation and real estate transactions.
Rob Hirt
Rob brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including founding RPM Mortgage, which became one of the top private retail lenders in the U.S. He has also co-founded Data Fax Credit Reporting, served as Vice Chairman of Darien Rowayton Bank, and held leadership roles at LendUS and Bear Stearns.
